Refund policy

LuMu Studio DOES NOT REFUND items for change of mind.

LuMu Studio will provide an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase for goods returned with proof of purchase in their original condition and/or packaging.

In the event of a breakage due to the fault of a LuMu Studio arranged courier or transport company the items will be repaired or replaced by LuMu Studio.

There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR SALE OR CUSTOM ITEMS (no exceptions).

Due to the handmade, natural and vintage nature or most or our pieces variations and imperfections may occur. These are not faults rather, the bespoke nature of our pieces. Please check all items carefully and carefully consider measurements and dimensions before ordering or purchasing items online.

No refund will be given on freight and courier charges. Shipping costs do not include taxes, duties or other charges which may be applied by authorities in the destination country. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check their port/ country’s legislation with regards to the importing of goods. Contact LuMu Studio for delivery address prior to returningĀ 

CUSTOM ORDERS - A 50% deposit is required for all mirrors, rugs, art and SPECIALTY AND CUSTOM ORDER PIECES. Payment in full is required for all items prior to delivery.

LAYBY - Full payment is to be made within 6 weeks of a lay-by purchase. Failure to make full payment within 6 weeks may result in the items being put back on sale and loss of your deposit.
